Annual Meeting - 2025
The Annual Meeting of CHINQUAPIN SPECIAL TAX DISTRICT will take place on THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 2025 at 6 pm at Gatewood Clubhouse. All property owners in the Chinquapin Subdivision are automatically members of the Special Tax District and are invited to this meeting. The annual budget will be distributed and reviewed, and projected upcoming projects and the funds to be collected in 2025 discussed.
Covenants and Restrictions signing with notary at the Pavilion Feb 11, 2-3pm/ Home Visits 3-4pm
A notary will be provided at the Chinquapin Pavilion on Sunday, Feb. 11, between 2-3pm for those who would like to sign the 2024 Covenants and Restrictions. Curbside visits at your home can be scheduled between 3-4pm. Please email the HOA to schedule a curbside visit.

Annual Meeting
Dear Chinquapin Homeowner,
The Chinquapin HOA annual meeting will be Thursday, January 25th, at 6:00pm at the Gatewood Clubhouse. The business portion of the meeting will start at 6:30 after a chance to mingle with neighbors. A cash bar will be available (cash or Gatewood Clubhouse account charge only, no cards accepted) and light refreshments will be served. This meeting will cover various HOA business including the annual budget, pond and lake maintenance, and voting in three board members. There will also be an opportunity to sign the newly crafted Covenant and Restrictions document emailed to homeowners last fall. Signing this document is voluntary, but the Board hopes all homeowners will seriously consider this important project which combines all 6 phases of Chinquapin under one unified document. The Covenant and Restrictions document will be emailed again to all homeowners the week of the meeting and copies will be provided. A notary will be present for signing, and each homeowner listed on the property deed must sign the document before it can be recorded.
